Shipping

Each piece from All Better Workshop is hand-finished and made in small batches. Orders are carefully prepared and packaged to protect the material, finish, and form, ensuring they arrive in the same condition as they leave the workshop.

Because every item is made with attention to detail, please allow up to 30 business days for production and preparation before your order ships.

We ship across Canada at standard rates, calculated at checkout. Packages are securely wrapped to safeguard surfaces. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its progress. Delivery times will vary depending on destination and carrier.

Packaging is designed to protect the pieces while respecting their hand-finished surfaces. Minor marks from handling or transit may occur and are consistent with the nature of the materials; they do not affect the integrity, function, or longevity of the hardware.

For international orders, additional shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes may apply. Please review local regulations before placing your order.

We take care at every stage of making and shipping so that each piece arrives ready to live with you, developing character and patina over time as intended.

 

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope every item arrives as expected, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to ensure the finish and form are preserved. Items showing signs of use or installation may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If a piece arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us as soon as possible. We will provide guidance for returning or exchanging the item, and will cover shipping costs for replacements where applicable.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective. Please contact us directly with any questions regarding special orders.
